January 29, 2003 (The following information taken from an email sent by a loyal viewer. The photo will be added to the Royalton History files, but first, perhaps there is someone who might have information regarding names, etc. to add to this page.) 1923 INTERNATIONAL soccer team in Royalton. the picture was taken beside the miners hall. The team was brought over here from Scotland by the north mine company, and they won the 1923 INTERNATIONAL title. The trophy used to be in the back room of "Peck's" pool hall. (Submitted by Viewer)
